Great at collecting insurance premiums. Very kind to speak with, until you file a claim and then they turn their back on you. My mother has been with Ed Southard for 30+ years (probably 40+ years). I'm with State Farm as a result of her relationship with Ed Southard. In all those years, she had one single claim because State Farm was/is so good at making you feel bad about filing claims.
