Bad business practices – This is one of the worst experiences of my life. The plumber named Kyle kept changing the price from $590 to $400 and then back to $590. After asking for an estimate 3 times and not getting one, I finally said to just cancel the work order. He charged me $59 to initially come out and look at the problem. I called his boss, Ed and told him that I was concerned about not getting an estimate and Kyle repeated switching the prices around between the work and the cost of a new water heater.
