We brought our car in for brakes and rotors. We were told on the phone “$619 out the door” apparently out the door means something different to them because when we picked it up suddenly our cost was $780. Their excuse was “that out the door price is before taxes and fees.” I argued with the guy that if they were gonna include those things afterwards then they shouldn’t be telling customers “out the door” prices that are much much lower. I bought a 2014 Subaru Outback at Ed Shults Subara of Warren back on Oct 2024. I went and took in the Subaru for my complimentary Service 2 weeks ago. They tried to take me for 4 small running light for 100 dollars for lights and labor!. In the first place they sold me the car for 10,900+tax title and license =12k+. That's my fault for being taken, blue book on the car is 6800. Big mistake for going there in the first place...I just needed the car to go to and from work once a week. What a nightmare.
