My wife and I have been purchasing vehicles through them for almost 15 years totalling in 10+ vehicles. *** we would need to diagnose the phone pairing issue. When I spoke to *****, I suggested we could do that when the heated seat wiring harness parts come in. However, we would be happy to get the vehicle in sooner if you would like. We feel the forward collision warning light malfunction has been resolved as the light is now not coming on.
Only giving 1 star because I can't give 2. I spent my only 2 days off from my full time job running back and forth for these people. I put a deposit down a on 2020 dodge caravan priced at a little below $15,000. When we went back we were sent all over to retrieve paperwork. I brought a proof of address and it was a sealed mail with my name and address. The man Art opened my mail without my consent.
