They last visit really has sealed the deal, they forgot to change the oil sticker, not a bad problem, but my mother, thinking I hadn't taken it yet, took the vehicle to another garage. Where we found out, the rear brakes were dangerous, pad completely gone, pistons in the rotor, the dealership had put the pads were fine. 2nd issue, the rear differential, severely leaking oil, definitely not a new leak, caked in road grime. 3rd, ball joints also severely worn, definitely not the kind of wear you would get in 800 miles. If you ever in need of a new or used car go to Ed Shults. I just got my used 2023 Ford Escape and it was the best process I've ever had. The sales representative Jayson Arndt was absolutely amazing nice very guy
Overall fine experience. My complaint would be the wait time. Car was taken back almost an hour after appointment time.
