I bought a honda pilot in 11/2023 and was told the customer always comes first. We worked with Karen who sold us the auto butler warranty and said easy as pie if we sell the care to call and get the refund. I have been calling for over 2.5 weeks leaving daily messages with no call back for my refund as we have sold the car. This is not customer service. I would never buy from here again as they only care about the customer during the initial sale and not for promises made during the sale!
It's been about 6 months or more now that I have been trying to get reimbursed for a Gift Certificate!!! It shouldn't be that difficult. Shultz tire & Lube sold the GC & it was closed up, by business management at Shultz in Jamestown. I have had my vehicles detailed there at least 3-4 times during the winter months. When I realized they closed, I contacted Jamestown, calling NUMEROUS TIMES. Speaking to multiple people, telling the the total cost of the GC.
