Ed was wonderful to work with and exceeded all of our expectations with our project. I called/emailed Ed quite a few times with questions and he always got back to me in a timely manner and was very patient. Ed worked efficiently and was very friendly. Ed would provide me with updates throughout the project so I knew exactly what he was doing and why. Disappointed in Syracuse! I DO NOT recommend this service! We had a very successful bath refurbishment in our previous house, but forgot the name of the company. Ed came to refurbish a bath in our new home and it has been a slow meltdown disaster. The original job looked fine, but soon after rust started showing around the plug hole. After some avoidance and reluctance, Ed returned and said it just needed a respray. He came and did it. It turns out that was a totally inadequate solution. We purchased our home 2 years ago and lived with the original ugly yellow tile and dingy tub. We originally planned to replace the tub and tile as it was so dated. I contacted Ed and sent a video of the tub and tile and he was quick to respond with an estimate. He scheduled us and came a week later, on time to do the work. I cannot say enough what an incredible job he did. My bathtub and tile look brand new. My bathroom went from the 70's to 2024. I highly recommend Ed Shampine. . Thank you again Ed.
