I signed a contract for gutters on August 25, 2018, today, February 18, 2019 I had to call and cancel the contract due to Senez never showing up. I would love to comment on the quality of work, but I cannot. Eddy S**** Jr came to my home on March 6th and provided an estimate for the replacement of a patio roof. I discussed it with my husband and after one minor change we decide to go with this company. They built my beautiful screen room about a year ago. The quality of the work was great and the guys who did the work were very respectful. I had a minor problem recently and they came out within a few days and fixed it . They even cleaned out my gutters while they were here! I highly recommend Senez Aluminum!

I hope you're reading this review BEFORE giving your deposit and contracting with this business - Ed Senez Aluminum. I agree with those posted before me, I wish I had seen this prior to my AWFUL experience. They do show to take the deposit, then disappear... Numerous phone calls, emails & broken promises to show up to do the work, When they FINALLY do show up to do the work - it LEAKS! THEN YOU CAN"T GET THEM TO GET BACK TO FIX THE LEAKS, I HAD to hold the final check hostage. They finally got back out 3 different times and ... read more
This business is quick to take a deposit and then disappear. They always have a receptionist answer the phone with a promise that someone will call you back, but they never do. Finally, a worker came out to size up part of the job, and he promised that he would be out Saturday at 9AM to begin. He later called back and said he couldn't make it until noon. The deposit was refunded to customer. Yes we did get a deposit but we didn't disappear. The job was sold on 11/2/17 and from that point it was 4-5 weeks out for any work to be done. In reference to the worker who promised to come out on a Saturday was not from this office it was the roofing division.
Received an estimate and job agreement on 6/14/2017 to replace 3 downspouts. Ed Jr. stated it would be a couple of weeks before they would be here due to all the rain backing up the jobs. Called the end of July as we had not heard from anyone. Annette apologized and would give Ed the message to get us on the schedule as she didn't have that. It is now 8/16/2017 and still no call to set up the appointment. I have seen other jobs they have done and know they do good work. But how did they get on the schedule and get it done?
Don't let other reviews fool you. The fact that these guys have been in business for over 35 years and only have a few bad reviews speaks volumes. I'm very disappointed in myself for selecting this company. My experience has been extremely poor so far. I contracted them to do a porch enclosure in February 2017 and 4 months later I'm getting the runaround as to why they've not started the work. I've called 4 times and emailed 3 times just to get on the schedule. Once the date was scheduled they've missed that several times and they initiate no communication.
