Ed Ross thinks it is appropriate to tell a domestic violence survivor suffering from PTSD, who is also a 30+ year client to contact the source of the abuse to fix a mistake his office made instead of taking responsibility himself. Lisening to him man-splaining why he would not take responsibility for his actions was unbelievable. He was so entitled, pompous, and arrogant.
