Ed Ross & team are amazing! I switched to Ed's agency while I was trying very hard to get insurance for a motor craft that was purchased and my previous agent was unresponsive. Janell at Ed's emailed me immediately after hanging up the phone with me and had the motor craft insured within 2 hours! They are so incredibly fast, responsive, and kind! 10/10 will recommend Ed's agency any day!

Ed Ross thinks it is appropriate to tell a domestic violence survivor suffering from PTSD, who is also a 30+ year client to contact the source of the abuse to fix a mistake his office made instead of taking responsibility himself. Lisening to him man-splaining why he would not take responsibility for his actions was unbelievable. He was so entitled, pompous, and arrogant.
