I wouldn't recommend hiring this guy as your agent. He was my landlord when I lived in the Poconos and he ripped my wife at the time and myself off with our deposit when we moved out. He billed us for routine maintenance repairs on the property that were his responsibility when we rented from him when we vacated. He also asked us to adjust things with the heating system and then blamed us for problems.
