Had a major septic tank issue. Called Ed Rike Plumbing who I use for my plumbing issues. Josh and Damon came out and found issues that were going on. They took care of the problem. As before I give them the highest rating possible. They were so professional, courteous and friendly. I was never let in the dark about what was going on. Explained everything. The entire staff from Al Lockwood to the fine gals working the phones I give a 5 star plus rating. Thank you all

They came out same day to investigate a leak I had, realized they needed HVAC expertise and scheduled that for me. They had to do a complete repiping, securing of pipes and clean my furnace. They saved my furnace, put in tight pipes and saved me from a basement flooding. They have a forever customer.

I called with three separate issues and they were able to come out the next day. Paul and Albert were very knowledgeable, friendly and completed everything in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Elijah was extremely polite and never once tried to upsell me anything I didn’t need. He was very honest, relit my pilot light and cleaned out years of dust buildup that was potentially the cause of my water heater pilot light going out. If I do in fact end up needing a new water heater, I will be calling Ed Rike!

Ricky and Justin came to our home to essentially re-do work done by another plumber that has started leaking after only a year or so. They were friendly and attentive to what my spouse wanted done. They had the proper equipment and materials available in their truck and did not have to leave to procure them. The work was done to our satisfaction and my spouse was happy that they even cleaned up after their work was complete. We will certainly use Ed Rike Plumbing again in the future.
