My gas water heater sprung a leak and soaked one of my rooms. I called Ed Rike plumbing right away annd spoke with the dispatcher who was very patient and efficiently answered my questions and got in touch with her tech and had someone out in less than 2 hours. Phillip came out at 1am to shut off the water to my water heater and drain it to prevent more damage. He was efficient and courteous and stabilized my issue. Called the main number, they had a crew at my house 25 minutes later. Justin and Levi came in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were done in an hour. In that time, they replaced two under sink shut off values and corrected some issues with a reverse osmosis system. They prices was one point and the service was beyond good. This was my first time using their services but it will not be my last.

Terrible customer service. First 2 plumbers could not fix issue. Sent 2 more plumbers the next afternoon. $1400 for a $400 problem. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.
