Mike did a great job once again, this time my pool heater(Heat pump) stopped working. Mike did a thorough job in diagnosing the issue and then repairing the problem. He’s always friendly and pleasant in explaining the issues
I had a great experience with Ed Rike Plumbing after calling 5 plumbers on a Saturday night for a plumbing emergency. The techs Ricky & Steve were amazing at trouble shooting the problem and quickly fixing it. Ricky throughly explained everything and was extremely respectful! Being a woman property owner I have had some pretty awful encounters with home service professionals, but this was a great experience and I will happily use them in the future.
Richard responded quickly to fix the leaking ice make supply line. He did an excellent job and explained everything he intended to do. He was extremely professional and customer friendly. Would definitely use him again.
Ricky at Ed Rike is the best! I have had him out multiple times at my rental property and every time I felt like he cared about getting us fixed and giving me options, etc. Get customer service and excellent work at a reasonable price
