If you need a Service Advisor I would highly recommend JIM HAGLER. I arrived at the Capital City Subaru Dealership in Concord NH for my yearly inspection, 2025 and a few major repairs needed to be done before I could get my sticker. Mr. Hagler went out of his way called and researched my extended warranty and all was a covered benefit. This was an extraordinary savings of much money!!! extremely poor experience with salesmen colby wilson. colby asked me meet him at an off site location about 2 hours out of my way only to not show up - presumably with the sole intention to wasting time. absolute clowns over here better off heading into the city. additionally the one time i spoke with colby in person he seemed to be high
Recently purchased a used outback from Capital City Subaru. Josh and the team were great to deal with. No pressure tactics. On my ride home from the purchase I noticed a not insignificant issue with the car that was not covered by the very limited used car warrantee. I emailed once got home and Shawn R and Josh jumped on it and made sure that the issue was resolved at the dealerships cost (which was not small) and they were under no obligation to do. I would 100% purchase from them again.
