Very friendly but they'll say anything to make the sale. Lied about my warranty & my intrest rate. Bought a car and it had a rattle from day 1. Was told to bring it in and it would be taken care of. Upon them looking at it and being charged for a diagnoses they told me my warranty wouldn't cover it & was gonna cost about $500. It's a $25 part and 2 bolts, I'll do it myself. Thanks for the hustle!
Josh really cares about the customer buying the car. Cars tend to sell themselves so it’s easy to feel annoyed when you feel like you’re being forced to buy a car. With Josh it is not the case at all. He asks you your wants and needs and helps you find the vehicle that will best suit you. His kindness and professionalism is obvious and appreciated. I love my new car!
