Five stars! I’ve been through the car shopping experience a dozen times and I must say my experience with Bri at Capital City Subaru was the quickest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. I always dread spending half a day sitting around while salespeople and managers hide and “crunch numbers” while I fill up on courtesy water. The trade-in value was exactly what I was expecting. Bri had the exact model, color and options I wanted and they were less expensive than everywhere else I looked. Thank you so much!!

We purchased our new Outback from Capital City Subaru this week and were very pleased with the whole process. Nicole was very familiar with the Outback and helped us get the color and options we wanted. She also gave us a rundown on all the technology features of the car before we drove away. The details of the sale were very transparent. The process involved a team approach between Nicole, financing, and service which only took about 3 business days, even with our many changes.

I had a great experience buying my first Subaru! Bri made the process so easy. She walked me through everything and showed me how to use all the car’s features. I love my new car and will definitely continue to go to Capital City Subaru for cars in the future.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new outback with them. My salesperson was Josh and he made the experience really smooth and enjoyable. We were speaking for avout a week over text/email and never put any pressure on me. Eventually I came in, test drove and made a deal same day and was able to drive off three hours later with my new car. 10/10 experience, and they even sent a little thank you gift that just arrived yesterday. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Good experience throughout the sales process. Nicole was courteous, communicated with me, and cars were ready to test drive. I didn't have to wait when we set appointments. My hitch was installed and ready. I found the General manager good to deal with. Service was helpful, during the sales process and after. I had a hitch installed prior to final pick up by service. Unfortunately the hitch disables the foot feature to open the rear gate. Predictable since the switch is centered, but still disappointing.
