The people were super friendly and helpful in expediting the purchase of my 2020 Legacy. My salesman Joshua, and the finance manager Colby were both very transparent and encouraging about all the legalities and payment options and I would highly recommend their services! :)
They’re polite and nice enough and everything but they’re 30 day guarantee and their price point has something to be desired considering we payed $400 over bluebook value under the impression that it was in top condition just to find out that it’s got chips in the windshield bad radio and other problems that they said they will take care of the windshield only Everything else isn’t covered under a 30 day guarantee.
The service department has friendly and professional staff. They have been quick to offer me a loaner vehicle when needed which is very helpful.
Who would've thought i could have came here with no money down, a trade worth about a third what i still owed, and a tight budget- yet STILL this dealer got me into a much newer rig, cutting my negative equity in HALF, with a payment i can afford? All by cutting my interest rate down 2 points. I never thought it possible. These guys are GREAT! the service dept gets 100% too. Oh, and somehow i also got a 5yr, 60k warranty to boot. This is where my business stays from here on out...
Nicole is incredible! I had a fantastic experience with her and found the perfect Forester. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a new or used Subaru.
