Been with this office for thirty years, including homeowners insurance since 2013. Never filed a home claim. I had my roof inspected after many of my neighbors had roof replacements recently. The roofer and third party inspector found many obvious signs of hail and wind damage. The claim was denied saying that no hail and wind damage was present…normal wear and tear.
