I brought my vehicle in for a reported oil leak under the engine. My initial drop-off was scheduled for Saturday, April 5th, 2025. However, upon arrival, the service advisor, Yovany, informed me that Saturday was a short day with limited technician availability, and my car might not be inspected. Consequently, we rescheduled my drop-off for Monday, April 7th. Upon dropping off my vehicle on Monday, I was informed that no loaner or rental cars were available. Manager was extremely rude when I asked about a loaner. Said it's "Chevy and GMC" policy not to provide a loaner for warranty work. Chevy said it's up to dealer but usually shouldn't be an issue. Never coming back here again
