My experience with the service department was excellent. The Service Manage - Alexander Clarke was professional and friendly. They were ready to receive my Suburban when arrived (at the appointment time) and started checking in my vehicle immediately. The vehicle needed the 15000 mile inspection as well as the usual oil change and wheel rotation.
