I called to confirm the vehicle availability. Scheduled an appointment. Drove 40 minutes. And guess what? Car is not available…. Do not trust these people. Do not waste your time.

They don't care about your appointments. They do false promises and never take charge of them. It's incredible this supposed luxury brand offer this level non service at all.
The WORST service department of any Cadillac Dealership. I bought my Escalade at this place brand new. Every time I drop off my car there for repairs there is absolutely ZERO communication from the service department. This time around Mr. SHIV the service manager has not responded to a single call or text from me. It’s been 7 days that my car is in the dealership and I still don’t know when will I get it, or where in the repair process is the car.
