They don't care about your appointments. They do false promises and never take charge of them. It's incredible this supposed luxury brand offer this level non service at all.
The WORST service department of any Cadillac Dealership. I bought my Escalade at this place brand new. Every time I drop off my car there for repairs there is absolutely ZERO communication from the service department. This time around Mr. SHIV the service manager has not responded to a single call or text from me. Posting gain because I was lied to by the service director BOB VICCICA. I have called and called several times with no response from service or sales. Have the text messages to prove it . So a good 10 days had passed, and no one responded, so I went somewhere and got my brand new when purchased 2022 xt5 transmission repaired. It completely gave out .
