My husband, Anthony, scheduled an appointment yesterday with the service center at Ed Morse Cadillac Sawgrass because one of our tire sensors was not functioning properly. Ed Morse Cadillac Sawgrass truly exceeded our expectations, and Scott went above and beyond. After a terrible experience at another Palm Beach dealership—where we had reserved an appointment three weeks in advance, brought our brand new Cadillac IQl in for several issues, and then added a few small items once we arrived—we were told they couldn’t handle it because the list was now longer, they didn’t have an electric tech, and that we’d need to return in another three weeks. Excellent service, courteous. Aldo is great!
EXTREMELY poor communication by the service tech, Trevor. I had to call multiple times over a week just to get an update, just to have him put me to the back of the line for service after a week at their shop. After purchasing over a dozen vehicles from Sawgrass Auto Mall, I expect better. Very disappointed long-term customer... makes me question future purchases.
I called to confirm the vehicle availability. Scheduled an appointment. Drove 40 minutes. And guess what? Car is not available…. Do not trust these people. Do not waste your time.
