We brought our car in to replace a part. We were told that it would be ready in a day. We didn't get the car back for over a week. The service department then faked our signature on the paperwork to approve the job. Will never recommend anyone to buy or service their vehicles at any of these franchises.
Buyer beware!! A typical Miami dealer!! While trying to purchase a vehicle, my salesperson offered to have my trade in appraised by Carmax. Apparently it’s an electronic service they use to appraise your trade in. According to my salesperson, they will either match or beat this valuation. Make sure you ask to see this Carmax appraisal. In my case, they offered me $1,000 more than the Carmax appraisal, which was never done to begin with.
