Always feel satisfied when i get service with Jose G.! Won't go to anyone else. Precise. Fast. Perfect. Very friendly!
While the sales department may be good at their jobs and making the customer feel valued during the sale. The service department is absolutely terrible. Does not return calls or text messages. Is rude when you have a problem. Does not do a thorough job at going over the vehicle when you express a concern. Then they charge you 20k on a Yukon Denali which includes a rental and they don’t have any rentals available. My brakes failed last night on a 2024 GNC Yukon Denali Ultimate and nobody here cares
