We brought our car in to replace a part. We were told that it would be ready in a day. We didn't get the car back for over a week. The service department then faked our signature on the paperwork to approve the job. Will never recommend anyone to buy or service their vehicles at any of these franchises.

Buyer beware!! A typical Miami dealer!! While trying to purchase a vehicle, my salesperson offered to have my trade in appraised by Carmax. Apparently it’s an electronic service they use to appraise your trade in. According to my salesperson, they will either match or beat this valuation. Make sure you ask to see this Carmax appraisal. In my case, they offered me $1,000 more than the Carmax appraisal, which was never done to begin with. While the sales department may be good at their jobs and making the customer feel valued during the sale. The service department is absolutely terrible. Does not return calls or text messages. Is rude when you have a problem. Does not do a thorough job at going over the vehicle when you express a concern. Then they charge you 20k on a Yukon Denali which includes a rental and they don’t have any rentals available. My brakes failed last night on a 2024 GNC Yukon Denali Ultimate and nobody here cares
