I called before taking my car in for service. How much it would cost to replace the transmission fluid. The man told me 87 plus taxes. And I made the appointment. And my wife came to me with a charge of 256. I already went to complain, the dealership never loses and I know that if they tell me anything it will never be reversed. The problem is that the dealership is always looking for ways to make more money. That is not right. They now charge a 3% credit card fee. They already charge more than other places, so it's no longer worth it for me to go here. Lots of other places that will do an oil change just as well for cheaper.

These mouth breathers will not give you a shred of information until you pay them a $220 "diagnostic fee". I have a minor, very common issue with my Honda. They would not provide any sort of info regarding estimated cost, time in the shop, etc. Drove all the way there and sat in traffic just for them to demand a diagnostic fee with no guarantee of any sort that the problem will even be fixed, let alone fixed in a timely manner.
