We went to Ed Morse Dodge in Saint Robert, mo. We had two issues to get looked at one my wife could smell gas coming from the car and the other, the a/c system sounded like it was Darth Vader. First, we dopped the car off and somehow our appointment got deleted. Not a big problem, they acted fast and got us another appointment for later in the day. I purchased a new 2026 Ram Power Wagon and could not have asked for a better experience. Travis helped me through the new build process while I was overseas. With Travis’s help the process was smooth and transparent. He went out of his way once I arrived back stateside to get me to the lot and pickup my new truck. Distasteful service experience. Everyone has off days, but this is the second time we’ve had to deal with the female service writer who seems to have a perpetual chip on her shoulder. Overall experience was so off putting we took our car to another dealer after Ed Morse charged us a hefty diagnostic fee for exactly what we brought our Jeep in to check for a recall on. Definitely won’t be back if I can avoid it.
Worse service department I've ever had the displeasure of using. No communication, no value of time. No offer of courtesy shuttle.
