Terrible Service department. Poor communication Actually, a lack of communication. Scam artist at there best. Took a vehicle in to get some work done under warranty little did we know the warranty company declined the work and the dealership failed to let up know this. Instead of keeping us the customer informed they did the work WITHOUT authorization. Released the vehicle to us then three weeks later, called us and said that we needed to pay the bill because the warranty company declined the work.
Travis Morris was funny, easy to work with, and got me a great deal. Zero pressure and a genuinely great experience. Highly recommend!

I have an extended warranty check engine light was on. They run diagnostics said the Knox sensor was bad. They’ve had my Pick Up for two weeks. Said the Knox sensor is on backorder.
