I have been a regular at MAT in Scarsdale for the last two years and I can only say one thing. Ed has changed my strength so dramatically that at the age of 68 I continue to set PR’s while cycling. I have a stronger core and the usual aches and pains do not appear too often. I have turned numerous people on to Ed and I know he has made a difference in their lives as well.
