He is unprofessional – This agent, is completely unprofessional, i got into an accident and when i tried to report to him, he dont answer the phone, nor does he return phone calls. Then without calling you, he just cancels your insurance for failure to report a accident. I mean how do you get away that. Then goes an cancels all my family member for that same accident that i reported to him, but he didn't take the time to call me back..
