Great experience every visit. Employees are so friendly and helpful. Katlyn was so helpful recently while helping me correct a problem with my sleep apnea machine. She is so knowledgeable about the products they sell. Can’t say enough good things about her and Southern Medical.

Southern Medical is where our family goes for our cpap and medical supplies. Their products are reasonably priced and they are always kind and caring. They take time with us, answering our questions and are knowledgeable about what their clients need. They are like family and we recommend them to our friends. Thank you Barbara, Kim, Taija, and Kaitlyn, and staff for giving exceptional service! You can’t go wrong with Southern Medical.

Buyer beware! I ordered and paid for my CPAP supplies on the same day. Received my order within a week with a delivery ticket. Over a month later I receive a bill for 3 of the 5 items I ordered. On the bill I'm being charged the same as the copay I paid a month ago and 1 item is a copay that is $4 less than I paid. It's like they're trying to get paid twice for the 3 items. I'll order my supplies from Amazon from here in out.

Been trying to get cpap supplies since march. They only have one person available to help and can't every get help. Horrible customer service. Never got my supplies. Just ended up going somewhere else. My doctor sent the faxes several times. Always an excuse
