The maintenance plan I purchased at time of sale is being followed with no problems. The times for service completion have varied, but being retired, time is not critical as it is for others. They may want to have advertise slower times for service as an option. I changed from Honda's to Toyota years ago because of the superior hybrid system.
I've been going here since 2015 when they were in Anderson. Always done great work. My wife took my car in for me last week and came home telling me how impressed she was with the service reps and the overall experience. Keep up the great work.
5k service (inspection + tire rotation) -- covered by Toyota Care, and oil change for special operating conditions (not covered by Toyota Care, $60 extra). Great service. I made an appointment over the phone with Denise, she was courteous and quick. I came in but didn't quite know the correct process for checking in.
