I worked with Noah on an electrical issue. I was a bit leary of the cost but it turns out to be a fairly minor issue and the adjusted the cost down. They informed at all points: from when my vehicle arrived, until it was done. They use a web-based/text-based system to approve all work, which is top-notch! Noah was polite, friend and patiently explained all the work. I would strongly recommend the Ed Martin Toyota Service Department.
