Giving a shoutout to Fritz. Although the service center was fully booked, he took the time to help me with my car troubles over the phone and directed me to nearby tire shops to get my service done. He could’ve just apologized and hung up but went the extra mile to ensure service to his customers.
Called 2 weeks in advance to set a service appointment up at 7am on a Friday, the man confirmed it was set up and even called back 10 minutes later to confirm again. I come in at my appointment time and turns out my appointment was not set up. Luckily it was just simple maintenance needed so I got a spot. However if it was something more pressing, I would’ve been out of luck. I believe the man I spoke to on the phone was Amar, and the advisor who got me a spot was Lali.
