Couldn’t get financing but they were amazing and tried really hard for us
Derrick at Ed Martin was ready helpful and kept in consistent communication with me. The vehicle I was purchasing was missing a cosmetic part and he was helpful in getting that taken care of quickly.

Communication with online staff who indicated they would tell someone we would be arriving for a test drive. When we arrived with the name given, they had no idea who we were. We were assigned to a nice salesperson and test drove the vehicle however there was very little follow-up until days later when they shared photos of vehicles to buy that was not even close to the specs of the vehicle we test drove. Very good overall experience, and family-friendly dealership. This car is a great value for someone looking to upgrade to the Crossover/SUV market. I have driven V6 SUV vehicles for many years so the only reason I did not choose this vehicle is because it felt slow taking off and the road noise was more than I am used to. Great, dependable vehicle though.
The staff at this dealership were very attentive and friendly and I enjoyed the experience. Would not hesitate to go back.
