Salesperson,Kurt, was helpful and professional. The problem was with General Manager. If he would of negotiated, just a little with me, that suv would be in my driveway, not still on car lot. I had no say so in any terms at all, everything was in GM’s terms only. My only guess is that they are moving a lot of cars and do not need to negotiate.

I specifically stated the ONLY option that was a must have was the safety package. Dealer called, I asked if it had the safely package, oh, i have to check. No, it doesn't have the safety package. I know these dealers want to make sales - but READ the email FIRST - no the one thing the customer mentions.....
The car was clean and ready to go. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Over all the experience was great.
