I first visited this store last year when I was looking for a 10th anniversary ring for my wife(diamond eternity ring). The woman behind the counter was amazing. Though I didn't know exactly what I wanted, she offered no salesmanship. instead she offered education. The customer service dog, Ace adds to the already friendly environment. Now, even when I need a battery for my watch, I know where to go. I am Pleased!
