I found Ed Lynch to be exceedingly rude and unnecessarily unaccommodating when I decided to cancel my auto policy with him. I asked for a written confirmation of a verbal conversation we had indicating that my policy was canceled. He hung up on me!!!! Rudest person ever. Do yourself a favor and find another agent.
We have been using Ed for over 10 years! Great customer service, always willing to spend the time with us and talk out what our best options are for our homes and vehicles!
