Excellent experience working with Ed today! He helped me get a great rate on my auto insurance and made the whole process very easy. He was great to work with, honest and efficient. He is exactly the definition of great customer service. 10/10 recommend !
I found Ed Lynch to be exceedingly rude and unnecessarily unaccommodating when I decided to cancel my auto policy with him. I asked for a written confirmation of a verbal conversation we had indicating that my policy was canceled. He hung up on me!!!! Rudest person ever. Do yourself a favor and find another agent.
