zero stars! Cynthia is by far the worse person I have ever had to deal with. She is unprofessional, highly rude, and a liar! I have stated to her numerous times that my payments had to be withdrawn on the 23rd of every month. When the down payment for the new policy came out on the 15th I sent an email explaining the problem and why it couldn't come out early.
