All the staff was wonderful. I had a great experience! I'm glad to have chose them and get started on this dental journey with them!
I have only been for my consultation however, you can tell and feel things simply in the environment. #1, definitely my dentist! My review would be terribly lengthy so I will simply say, ABOVE AND BEYOND professionalism, kindness, patience, (everyone). Dr Josephson is one of those people you meet that you trust and feel you have known for yrs. A genuine young man with your best interest in mind. KUDOS to the entire facility 🩷🩷
Dr. Dallin was quick and he was gentle. I've always thought visits to the dentist were never going to be a good experience, but the pain is gone and I feel like a new person!
Walking into the office it feels warm and inviting the receptionist was very nice and friendly and that friendliness just carried on to the dental assistant and straight onto the dentist himself along with the feeling of respect for the patient which helped my daughter go from feeling anxious overwhelmed and nervous to feeling at ease and very comfortable and that was the best thing to witness because most places don’t do this. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. It was easy to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate a change in the time and day previously scheduled.
