I made a phone appointment for my older Mazda and specified I need a full inspection as I like to keep my cars in good shape and do preventive maintenance. After I got there, I reminded front desk lady that I will need a full inspection besides the oil change and she confirmed that's what I was booked for. She was very polite, hence the 2 stars. We LOVE Ed Howard Mazda! The service people do such a great job with a quick turn around. Courtnee at the Service Desk is absolutely fantastic. So thorough with all of our needs and just a pleasure to work with. It’s like visiting a friend! We couldn’t be happier.
Ever since Courtnee and Doug were put in charge of the service department, the quality of customer service has drastically improved! I had concerns with my Mazda CX-5 and they were very empathetic and acknowledging to them rather than dismissive. I really appreciate and respect their attention to customer satisfaction!
