We would recommend Ed every time. We bought a brand new GE refrigerator, got it home and into the house. It was a display model and the guy helping us was supposed to take it out of demo mode. He didn’t and the store we bought it from closed at 5pm. We called GE and they informed us that all of their techs were gone for the weekend.
