In March, after a couple of years of contemplating whether to purchase a whole house generator my wife called Aaron from Ed Green Electric in Logan, Ohio to discuss this possibility. I called Aaron with a generator issue that I was having. He was very helpful and after much discussion we decided that he needed to send someone out. His technician was prompt and resolved the issue on the spot. He also recognized that the valves needed adjusting and did so while he was there. The invoice was more than reasonable for the amount of help and guidance that they provided.
After years of frequent power outages we decided to buy a Generac. Had a few estimates done but when Aaron came out I knew this was the right business. There were some bumps along the way, but stuff happens. Aaron was in constant communication about next steps. Every person involved in the installation of our generator were very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t thank you all enough for the hard work! Can’t put a price on peace of mind!
