Terrible Customer Service Like other customers, Ed came out, took measurements, but has yet to call back, email, or return a phone call. Should it take 6 weeks to get a quote? I can only imagine how poor the quality of workmanship would be.
Never called back came out took measurements; told me he woudl get me an estimate within a few days. I called back to office three times, left voicemails on his cell phone, never got a call back. Didn't give me the courtesy of telling me he didn't want to do the work. Would not recommend.
Ed Gouge Construction EGC built our house in 2003/2004. This year we decided to finish the basement. Ed and his crew did an awesome job. Very professional! They even cleaned up when they were done. We will definetly call them for future projects.
