Paid $145 to have a nice Buick detailed. Ed waxed the car but didn't take the bugs off the front and when I got the car home I realized he has just put paper mats on the floor and didn't even vacuum the interior! Dirt on the seats, door jams not cleaned, etc. ... terrible waste of money! Response to owner - 1. You did not offer me a refund or a price concession of any kind. 2. Not perfectly vacuumed? No vacuum at all! Bugs on the front, dirty door frames, dirty windshield interior, ... all at a premium price! BUYER BEWARE!
I needed an emergency car detailing after a friend vomited in my car. Ed was able to get me in same week and did an amazing, top quality detailing job (he was even able to get water stains out of my seats from years of use!) 10/10 work, will definitely use again if the need arises.
Got my Mom a gift certificate here as she has been wanting to get her car detailed for years. So glad I did. They were the nicest people. They did an amazing job on the inside and out! Looks better than new. Highly recommend Ed & Dolores Auto Detail. Will use them again!
You've been warned! I'd give negative stars if possible. My dad had his vehicle shined up here that he was looking to sell, 1993 3000gt, 33k miles, second owner. Fast Eddy offered to put it out front with a for sale sign. Informed us that he had a dealer down south that wanted to buy it. Sadly, we paid him a $500 fee for finding a buyer which "fell through at the last minute" for unknown reasons.
