I came in for a transmission flush that was recommended a few months ago but could no longer put it off. I was quoted for the service & advised I get an oil change since I was in the window for one. I have been a long time customer and have always had a good experience however the recent interactions at this dealership has led to frustration, loss of money, and sub par service. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I completed the payment and paperwork necessary to finalize the service transaction.
