I had a horrible experience at a previous body shop and Progressive Insurance. Both failed miserably at customer service. Celebrity was very helpful keeping me informed about what repairs were needed to finish the work and the customer service by Daniel was excellent. I have an older vehicle 2018, and will now use Celebrity for all future repairs and service.

I had my car towed in due to overheating. Told them the fan isnt working so to look at that. And they then told me it wasn't and just the hose causing it. I said sure. Wanted to trust them. They fixed the hose 800 bucks later. Picked it up and down the street it starts over heating again. They then re looked after i told them it was probably the fan like I said before and 2400 bucks later its fixed. Picked it up and now my ac doesn't work. From the moment i walked in for an oil change, i was being aggressively sold to. The service person acknowledged my tires looked brand new but tried to sell me a tire rotation anyways. I'll be driving across town to another Chevrolet dealership next time
I was skeptical of the transmission service but I have to admit I can feel a difference. Very happy with it.
