I'm new to State farm and I'm already so happy with the quality service I have received from Mr. Bitzer and his team. They got me a fabulous and affordable plan that fit all of my needs for my car and my engagement/wedding rings and he thoroughly answered all of questions. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me something, but instead wanted to take care of me. They have gained a lifelong customer for sure!
Great service from Ed Bitzer who has been my agent and my children's agent for over 40 years. Reading must not be fundamental for the one star poster.
Don't use him. My family and extended family had Bitzer for decades, He's not proactive, only reactive when you have to make a claim. My finished basement flooded and he informed me I wasn't covered. Cost me $8k. He has NEVER done a yearly review. That would/should have been covered ina yearly review. I switched over to Johnny Chin (State Farm) and was actually the last one of my family to switch. I should have done that many years ago, it would have saved me money.

I have been a customer of State Farm for 43 years. I was with an agent in Groesbeck, Oh for 35 years and with an agent in Northgate for 3 years and never was able to talk to the agent. The agents was never there. I have been with Ed Bitzer, agent in West Chester, Oh for 5 years and if I need to talk with Ed, he will either talk to me right then or call me back within a day.
