Horrible experience. I booked with Mona, but since I didn’t know what she looked like, I assumed the woman the receptionist told me to follow was her. She never introduced herself and didn’t speak English. I showed her inspo photos, she said “I know how to do this”—and then completely butchered my hair. The layers are choppy and uneven. I didn’t even realize it wasn’t Mona until after. Completely unprofessional.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS SALON!! I recently booked a highlight session which the owner quoted me for $350 including haircut. I go in asking for blonde highlights and was assigned a hairstylist named MAX, he did not speak English but I showed him some pictures of exactly what I wanted including a LONG LAYERED haircut that I wanted. What I got WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!! I felt like he was really messy in doing my hair with the bleach and highlight and rushed the process bc I have gone to other hair salons ... read more
