The stylists are incredibly skilled and it’s my favorite neighborhood spot for a high-quality cut and a fresh, updated style.

I came in after seeing the work on Instagram and was genuinely excited. I paid $350 for highlights. I was told upfront we'd aim for caramel rather than blonde, which I accepted. What I did not accept is leaving with orange, brassy hair, hot roots, uneven color lighter at the top and orange throughout — and significant breakage, including hair visibly snapping and melting off in the front during the service. I've been wanting this for so long and finally pulled the trigger. I love how professional, clean, and patient Sho is with ny questions. The process was a lot quicker than I expected.
I had the best experience with hairdresser Karina. She made my hair look absolutely fabulous and took the time to personalize the airtouch procedure to my hair’s specific needs. I am very satisfied with the result and highly recommend Karina. She truly does the best airtouch in the city!
