Mr Bayne and his son came to my house and replaced a part in my furnace and they were so awesome they saved me a lot of money very professional and courteous I’d tell everyone to go see them very good service and very friendly

I called and asked for a new furnace because I believed my heat exchanger was bad. Ed first confirmed that I was correct and then went above and beyond to try to get the exchanger covered under warranty even though I didn’t have any power work for the unit. He worked harder than I did to save me from spending money I didn’t need to at every turn. I call Ed to check out a air conditioning at a house I own in Springdale He did a service call and said it needed new outside Conpressor i unit costing over 3k I told him to hold up on replacing it. So I said it was only 6 years old. I called the original guy that installed it and he went out and check it and replaced the valve and charge the system about 4 weeks ago and been working ever since. Then I got a bill for the service called So my advice is get a second opinion with him.

Ed Bayne has always been a straight shooter. A certified professional who will do the job right the first time. He is very fair and you can trust that he knows what he is doing. You will never regret choosing his service for your needs. I have used Ed for 30 years and his advice is invaluable. A trustworthy kind of guy. I fear the day when he retires because it will be tuff to find another totally honest person to rely on for H.V.A.C. services.
