Great first draft of yard layout, but never updated drawing for requested rearranging of buildings. Executed first project without providing adequate oversight (which was quite expensive), substituted items that still left contracted work to us. Substituted a stock fence for labor-built without prior approval. Could’ve been great, but wasn’t.
