Recently a resident. Dining room is very well done in every way. Very tidy well maintained .99% of staff are excellent. However, the night nurse is truly not suited for a career serving vulnerable adults. Don’t ask for a cigarette after 8 pm as it’s a taboo as the corporation sees it. It was that one nasty night nurse that really dampened my outlook. Her demeanor is not suited for serving people in disability . She often wears a green smok, brunette with a sour look .
