I’m giving Ecumen of Litchfield (Bethany building) 1 star because, in my experience, it just doesn't meet the standards of care and support you'd expect for elderly residents. We have a family member living there, and sadly, we've noticed a real lack of attention and care The staff is mostly made up of young people (from 16 to 24 yo) who really don't seem equipped or trained to handle the responsibility of caring for seniors.
