My dad used to be one of their residents, and he always used to complain about the mistreatment he would get. My dad isn’t a confrontational person and doesn’t like speaking up for himself so I had to pull him out from there because that’s really unsafe for him. He used to complain about how there would be bugs in the lunch room and even once seen something crawl but his eyesight isn’t the best. I have been here several times visiting friends and it’s such a lovely place full of life and love. The staff here are amazing and friendly. I look forward to coming here every time. The building is beautiful inside and out and very clean. Ecumen is a fantastic senior housing provider!
