You’re right. Carlos was supposed to fix my car because I was having issues with some warning lights showing on the dashboard, and I needed to take care of that before I could pass the inspection. He originally agreed to help me only with that issue. However, I left my car with him, and when I came back about 2 or 3 days later, my car had visible damage. Don’t bother going. Took my wife’s car to check checked for battery issues a few months ago and an installation of an auto start. Got a price over the phone and then had to cough up more at the end. Still having issues to this day with the battery and the auto start is not perfect or consistent. Opened up the hood of the car to check it out and found food scraps all over the engine bay granola bars over the engine cap and fries all over. Not to mention they almost kept my engine cover until I said something.

Ive been here several times over the years. I appreciate that they worked quite diligently on my car and were quite transparent about how much it would cost. I give them that. What I don’t like is that sometimes they will charge me a fee knowing full well ahead of the checkup that theres no problem with the car. I’d happily pay a fee for their time but would appreciate if they are more upfront about it i.e tell me that the charge is for consultation. It will save both of us the time and headache.
