I know it's a school setting but from the first visit, I told them I want partial upper. Did the impressions and was told the next appointment would be for us to come up with a game plan.... I said the plan has been in place since day one... Then was told I needed gingivitis treatment and filling before I could get dentures.... needless to say I'm at Affordable dentures today.... 1 day .. impressions and dentures .

Worst place you visit, I went for almost two years. Finally having all my teeth pull and got dentures. They didn’t fit and I was told well you can go with implant. Never tried to correct their mistake. Never even contact me with follow up appt. I have call and no response. I filled cheated after the money me and my insurance paid them for nothing.

I had a broken molar, needed a crown. Female supervisor and student advised me that the tooth could not be saved, it needed to be extracted. Told me, very arrogantly and condescendingly, it would be unethical for her to tell me any differently. I was heartbroken. I didn't want to lose that tooth. I did not have the work done that day.
