I love my Internal Drs. They are so nice and actually care about their patients. I got Shingles and Dr Powell and others in the ER and clinic, helped do everything they could to help my excruciating pain.
I had an appointment April 16th 2026 and seen Sundus Ikram .. told her my concerns and she downplayed EVERYTHING! Told her that I had a sore throat.. and been coughing for 4 weeks straight that wakes me out of my sleep..she looked in my throat and seen my throat was very irritated and you can even here it in my voice.. but wouldn’t even swap me to see if had strep Throat etc because it was so close to closing I guess and she blamed it on me having asthma when I RARELY have issues with my asthma.. sent me home with a sore thr... read more
Absolutely the worst care. You will never see the same dr twice. Your care is based upon a 15 second glance at your chart. No consistency in care, limited if any communication. Horribly disappointing. Office is old run down smells.
They are a joke—especially the people answering the phones. It’s really frustrating because there are people out here who genuinely need referrals and support, and it just feels like they don’t care.The amount of people saying this clinic is terrible is unbelievable, and now I understand why. We come here because we need help, not to be ignored. Waiting two weeks for a simple incontinence supply order is unacceptable. Horriable service my last appointment my new doctor is terrible I asked for a pelvic ultrasound I've been having chronic pelvic pain could I get a MRI or ultrasound or something he told me I had one last year that ticked me off it doesn't matter if I had ultrasound last year I need to find out my chronic pelvic pain. My new doctor just dismissed my healthcare and that's wrong. And it's getting worst to the point my pain is traveling on right side of legs and hips I know something is wrong.
