The front end help / receptionists are & can be extremely rude & not helpful at all . Sometimes it can take a LONG time to be seen , yet when u call they say if it’s none life threatening same day appointments can become available. Which is a lie . I’ve never been able to be seen same day regardless of the severity of issue at hand . Also you hardly ever see the same provider ! I have absolutely no idea what is going on with this office. It used to be such a great place and now I can barely get my prescriptions filled. I have been waiting a week and a half for a PA to be done. All I keep getting is it's been initiated. I am so annoyed.
