They are a joke—especially the people answering the phones. It’s really frustrating because there are people out here who genuinely need referrals and support, and it just feels like they don’t care.The amount of people saying this clinic is terrible is unbelievable, and now I understand why. Horriable service my last appointment my new doctor is terrible I asked for a pelvic ultrasound I've been having chronic pelvic pain could I get a MRI or ultrasound or something he told me I had one last year that ticked me off it doesn't matter if I had ultrasound last year I need to find out my chronic pelvic pain. The front end help / receptionists are & can be extremely rude & not helpful at all . Sometimes it can take a LONG time to be seen , yet when u call they say if it’s none life threatening same day appointments can become available. Which is a lie . I’ve never been able to be seen same day regardless of the severity of issue at hand . Also you hardly ever see the same provider ! Which makes things difficult as you have to re tell your issues from 1 provider to another all within the same practice all over again . They also ar... read more
