I love the doctors here, however, it feels like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone regarding anything. I understand that this is a busy organization, but they need to understand the wait get real when you have waited for 20 minutes and then get hung up on. I missed my appointment because I had another appointment that day, and the receptionist made me feel so bad because I tried to call them but it took so long to get through to get the appointment canceled and rescheduled. Endocrinology department has over charged me for my co-pay the last two years. I love the doctors. The billing department hold the refunds and last time it took four months to get back. I started this new conversation back in November of 22. for this past years overcharge. It is now February and they still have not sent refund back. On top of that when speaking with billing department supervisor, I asked for her manager or director’s phone number, she hung up on me.
