After struggling for days to get my prescribed medication filled due to poor communication and delays caused by the clinic, I reached out repeatedly through MyChart and phone calls explaining that I was in crisis and running out of my medication. The physicians seem nice but the practice as a whole is extremely disorganized.
Clean facility, friendly staff, and they get the job done without excessive waiting time.
It seems like every single time I try to contact them by calling they never pick up. I’ve been on hold for an hour this time while I’m just trying to make an appointment for my sick baby.
I love how thorough they are with my children’s care!! My daughter loves this clinic!!! It makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with medical providers who actually care and love what they do!
