Extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and communication from this office. I called three times last week following an ER visit for my son regarding an urgent issue. After struggling for days to get my prescribed medication filled due to poor communication and delays caused by the clinic, I reached out repeatedly through MyChart and phone calls explaining that I was in crisis and running out of my medication.
