I wish there is a option of zero star please don’t use this company. Its totally waste of your time and money they don’t care for nothing Will never recommend this company to any one zero communication between client and delivery partner If you want to save your time and money go somewhere else
Unprofessional staff, disorganized processes and a waste of time. I did not use this broker by choice, my shipper decided to use them and I would never want to use them again. I can probably write a short novel's worth of issues I had, long story short, if you are assigned this customs broker, find someone else.
